MH Program Administrator

This position performs highly advanced program administration work in assigned program areas.  These areas include Mental Health Services for Adults, Supported Housing, and Supported Employment. This position directly supervises all assigned programs and the Betty Hardwick Center Breckenridge office facility and staff.  This position serves as a Crisis Services Supervisor on-call and on the Center Suicide Prevention Team.  This position has collaborative responsibility for the utilization of the center hospital bed day funds.  This position involves establishing program goals and objectives; developing program guidelines, procedures, policies, rules, and regulations; developing schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving program goals; evaluating program activities; developing and evaluating budget requests; and coordinating program activities.  This position is also responsible for following all funding source standards related to service provision.  Services are provided and delivered throughout the Center’s catchment area.  Services are provided at both Center owned sites and in the community.  While this position will report to the Chief Clinical Officer. This position is expected to work under general direction with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Salary Range:$30.34 Hourly

Salary negotiable for licensed candidates.



Qualifications: (Education & Experience): 
-At lease five (5) years experience in the administration of programs preferably relevant to assignment. Prefer experience supervising individuals.
-Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in a field relevant to assignment is generally preferred.  
-Possession of licensure is highly valued
