We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our clinic, ensuring every pet parent and visitor receives outstanding support. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive experience for all clients while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Handle data entry, filing, and record keeping with precision to maintain accurate patient and client files
  • Assist with office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and supporting administrative tasks

Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Exceptional phone etiquette, customer service skills, and professional communication abilities
  • Clerical experience combined with strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
