Description
In this fast-paced, interactive workshop, Dustin Delano with TMAC (Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center) will illustrate how to create visual representations of complex processes, problems, and systems to better identify wastes and key areas for improvement. Attendees will learn the 5S approach to efficiently organize a work area thereby saving time and energy, enhancing employee morale, and improving safety and lead times. Lastly, the group will discuss tips and tricks that aid in creative problem solving and solution selection. This is a great opportunity to interact with like-minded individuals looking to improve themselves and their businesses. Join us in-person for some free food, drinks, and networking during the workshop!
