The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) recently released additional guidance on the Employee Retention Credit (ERC), including rules covering the interaction of the ERC with the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) for 2020. The government has also issued guidance creating additional PPP benefits for sole proprietors. Join us to learn more about this new guidance.
