Military Affairs Committee Presents the 2021 DC Fly-In

Tentative Schedule Overview as of 9/1:
- 10/18: Fly-in to DC.
- 10/19: Meet our Lawmakers!
- Meetings on the Hill with our DC Reps.
- Chamber-organized luncheon in between meetings.
- Followed by a Private Dinner to cap the evening off.
- 10/20: Receive Business Briefings from Lockheed, Boeing, and Northrop Grumman
- Meet with these major military contractors and receive updates relevant to our operations at Dyess.
- A catered lunch will be brought in.
- Afterwards, we will have a casual dinner and evening to enjoy the city before our journey home.
- 10/21: Fly back to Abilene
Location
Meetings will take place in Washington, DC.
Our hotel stay will be at the Hilton Old Town Alexandria.
Fees/Admission
$1,500 Governor's Package. The Chamber will provide you a discounted room rate at our hotel, the Hilton Old Town Alexandria, cover the costs for several meals, and facilitate your transportation around DC.
$2,500 Presidential Package. The Chamber will book and pay for your hotel, flight, transportation around DC, and cover several meals.

Description
The Abilene Chamber's Military Affairs Committee invites you to join them as they head to Washington, D.C. to meet with our elected officials. Help us build stronger relationships and advocate on behalf of Abilene and Dyess Air Force Base.
