The 1,100-square-foot store is owned and operated by husband-wife team, Britt and Leisa Thornhill, who look forward to wowing locals with exquisite charcuterie displays and exceptional customer service. Powered by the Thornhills and their team of expert Grazologists™, Graze Craze Abilene provides a unique approach to feeding a crowd with aesthetically pleasing grazing boards crafted with a variety of high-quality ingredients that offer something for everyone. From premium meats and cheeses and fresh fruits and vegetables, to nuts, crackers, breads and more, each board incorporates different flavors, colors and textures for an elevated dining experience. The Thornhills bring an extensive background in the restaurant industry and a passion for service to the innovative grazing concept. For those with a sweet tooth, the store offers a Sweet & Grazey board that features an abundance of chocolates, berries and baked goods coupled with sweet dips to accent the flavors. Graze Craze prepares its own sauces, dips and jams in house to give clients unique pairing options for every board, including the popular Cottage Cheese Dill Dip, Cranberry Orange Jam, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and more. The store also curates specialty boards, like the Game Day Board packed with a variety of premium meats, cheeses, breads and spreads that are ideal for watch parties and tailgating events, and the Brunch Board that complements morning meetings with breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs, pastries and more.
