The topic will be "LLC, LP, or just me". The focus is on what corporate structure should a new organization have.
The speaker is Michael Monhollon, JD. Mike Monhollon graduated from the University of Virginia with graduate degrees in economics and law. He practiced law for a dozen years before Signet published his first novel. Then he drifted into academia. He has taught business and employment law at Hardin-Simmons University for 25 years and was dean of the business school for 16 years. His 11 published novels include one Jesus novel based on the life of Christ, nine courtroom novels, and one young adult novel with significant legal content.
