Understanding the ADA is essential for both employers and employees. Employers can ensure they provide reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities, opening up employment opportunities. Employees can also better advocate for their rights in the workplace. Students will learn why the ADA is important, the primary purpose of the ADA, how to recognize the need for ADA accommodations, and implementation of strategy for compliance. This class will empower you to promote inclusivity and equality and learn about the importance of creating accessible environments.
