Engineering/Design
Evaluation of electrical and control requirements for boiler projects based on customer
specifications.
Specifications of Control Systems based on PLC, Stand alone digital controllers and
Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
Preparation of logic diagrams such as Boolean, SAMA and relay logic. Large fan and pump
motor drives selection and specification for purchasing.
Review and coordination of sub vendor electrical designs such as PLC based control and
motor starter panels.
Preparation of miscellaneous electrical data sheets. Instrumentation Calculations: Control
Valves and Flow Elements.
Design of process and instrumentations diagrams (P&Ids) for boiler systems.
Home office support of field service team as needed. Travel estimated at 10%. Other duties
as needed.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelors’ degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology Engineering
Industry experience is considered a plus.
