My name is Erin Palmer, and I have served as Director of Operations for Hard Hat Cleaning since its inception in June 2025. Raised in Abilene, I am a proud Abilene Eagle and Texas Tech Red Raider. After college, my family and I returned to the Big Country because we knew it was the place where we wanted to raise our children.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, including working with nonprofit organizations, teaching in Abilene ISD for three years, and owning and operating a successful photography business for the past 16 years. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for our community and the people who make it special.
I believe strongly in the future of Abilene and am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to its continued growth and success through my work at Hard Hat Cleaning.
