This position performs highly advanced program administration work in the Behavioral Health Service Division, including forensic program assignments including Jail Navigator, Jail In-Reach, TCOOMMI, Community Health Workers, Outpatient Substance Use, as well as Veterans programming and Disaster Behavioral Health services. Program assignments may vary over time. This position serves on a rotating schedule as a Crisis On-Call Supervisor consulting with On-Call workers. This position is also responsible for following all funding source standards related to services provision. Services are provided at both Center owned sites, community, and via telecommunication. While this position will report to the Chief Clinical Officer, this position is expected to work under general direction with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Qualifications:
-Master’s Degree and Clinical Licensure is strongly preferred.
-Bachelor's degree in a social science and QMHP CS credentialing is necessary.
-At least five (5) years’ experience in the administration of programs preferably relevant to assignment. -Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in a field relevant to assignment is generally preferred.
-Experience and education may be substituted for one another.
-The qualified candidate will have excellent communication and problem resolution skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, demonstrated effectiveness in working with and leading teams, and will be proficient in using office software (word, excel, power point, etc..).
-Must possess a valid Texas Drivers License and be an insurable driver. Driving is an essential function and employees must maintain an acceptable driving record/insurability while employed.
RATE OF PAY/ANNUALLY:
Non-licensed: $59,116.82 - $63,116.82 D.O.E.
Licensed: $58,000.00 - $72,000.00 D.O.E.
Will be eligible for a one- and two-year increase, depending on satisfactory performance.
