Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Better Business Bureau Serving the Big Country

Position Summary

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for executing the Better Business Bureau's marketing, communications, public relations, and community engagement efforts. This individual will coordinate marketing initiatives, manage the organization's social media platforms, assist with public relations, support community events, and help strengthen awareness of the BBB's mission and Accredited Businesses. While the President & CEO establishes the organization's vision and strategic direction, the Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for bringing that vision to life through consistent communication, marketing execution, and brand management.

Our Vision for This Role

We're not looking for someone to simply manage social media—we're looking for someone who wants to help tell the story of the businesses, leaders, and communities that make the Big Country stronger.

This position serves as the engine behind the BBB's marketing and communications efforts, working closely with the President & CEO to ensure every initiative reflects the organization's mission, voice, brand standards, and strategic priorities.

If you enjoy storytelling, building relationships, and creating work you're proud of, you'll find purpose in this role.
