Datroo Technologies is also looking for applicants to Offer technical support for PC, basic server, network support and phones, specifically focused on providing top notch customer service. Job functions are focused on the workstation, basic server, application and printing level of network installation and troubleshooting.
MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Current A+ / Network + / Security + certification; or the ability to obtain these certifications within 90 days of employment.
· Advanced working knowledge of personal computers and basic networking essentials to include past and present software packages.
· IT Related Degree or Equivalent Experience
· Experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
-Install, and manage and support PCs that best supports business initiatives
-Install and maintain applications (AV, patching, office products, Email)
-Monitor workstation performance and recommend changes and upgrades based on utilization
-Perform maintenance and upgrades to Workstations
-Collaborate with Systems and Network Engineers in overall systems design
-Assists administrators in the implementation of Projects
-On site travel for installs and troubleshooting
