Grain Theory’s End of Summer Pool Party (Without the Pool) Saturday, August 30 | 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM We’re closing out summer the only way we know how—by throwing a pool-themed party inside the brewery. No water. No swimsuits. Just great beer, good food, and all-day summer vibes. The brewery opens at 9:00 AM, and we’re kicking things off with breakfast tacos and full-service coffee to get the day started right. From 9:00 to 11:00 AM, it’s just tacos and coffee—simple, solid, and exactly what you need on a summer morning. Then starting at 11:00 AM, we roll into full brunch mode. The full Grain Theory brunch menu will be available from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, along with two awesome pop-ups: Everlasting Jewels will be set up with their permanent jewelry bar so you can treat yourself to a new fall piece (or get matching bracelets with your friends before everyone heads back to the school-year grind). Wranglin’ Mama Freshies will also be joining us during brunch with handmade freshies—perfect for stocking up on your favorite fall scents or grabbing one last summery smell before the season shifts. At 2:00 PM, we switch over to our full regular menu, which will run until 9:00 PM when the kitchen closes. Then starting at 5:00 PM, the party heads into dinner and music mode. DJ Kimblee will be live in the brewery spinning a full summer-inspired set from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. At the same time, Sprinkle Me Happy Bakery will pop up with sweet treats starting at 5:00 PM—grab something before it sells out. We’ll also have: Special beer releases available all day Coffee specials from the bar One-day-only food specials from the kitchen Summer Grain Theory T-shirts on sale just for the day This isn’t your average pool party—and that’s kind of the point. Come hang out with us for a full day of drinks, food, music, shopping, and that perfect summer send-off before the school year begins.
