The 5th annual Abilene Walk for Freedom, hosted by Beyond Trafficking, is just around the corner and we couldn't be more excited! This free community event aims to bring awareness and education to the issue of human trafficking. As a global walk in conjunction with A21, this event not only raises funds for those affected by trafficking, but also sends a strong message of unity and solidarity against this heinous crime. But it's not just about the walk - there will be plenty of fun activities for kids and free snacks for everyone to enjoy. The walk itself is less than 1 mile, making it accessible to people of all ages and abilities. We invite the community to join us as we walk for the ones who cannot walk for themselves right now. And after the walk, we will have a celebration ceremony where community resources and support organizations will be available to provide information and assistance.
