DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for a variety of administrative activities in support of the Quality Management and Utilization Management departments. As part of the Quality Management department, this position may assist with analysis of Care Coordination using Cerner/Anasazi, Business Objects, CMBHS, SPARS, reports for compliance and quality assurance. Assist with Coordination of consumer, family and staff surveys and develop reports. The Data Analyst will be required to assist with successfully submit and or track CCBHC reporting and measures. Assist with Center Encounter Data on a monthly basis for MH, IDD & ECI. Assist with monitoring and updating the electronic health records. Monitor data related to staff productivity and providing status reports quarterly.
QUALIFICATIONS
Duties include support and analysis of a variety of data elements including electronic health record data, surveys, reports, tracking performance measures and submission of encounter data on a monthly basis. Some experience in a direct care of persons with a serious mental illness and/or children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances, preferred, This position will report to the Chief Administrative Officer.
Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree is preferred. Critical thinking skills.
Must have strong MS Excel skills, and competency in MS Access, MS Power Point and MS Word. SQL experience/knowledge strongly preferred.
Must possess a Texas Driver’s license and be an insurable driver.
